At Trend Zone Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory needs are met with high-quality products, but we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not meet your expectations. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return request or contact our support team with your invoice number.

  Await Approval

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original bulk packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our central warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
